Certified Copies
General Information
The German Embassy Kuala Lumpur certifies copies by confirming that they are true and accurate reproductions of the original document.
Difference between Certification and Legalisation:
A certified copy merely confirms that the copy corresponds to the original – it does not replace legalisation.
Legalisation refers to the confirmation of authenticity of a foreign public document for use in Germany.
For more information, please refer to our separate information page: Legalisation
