Foreign nationals who have been legally residing in Malaysia for a minimum of six (6) months may submit an application for a national visa at the German Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
Applicants who are not residing in Malaysia are required to apply for their national visas at the competent German Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence or in the region responsible for their place of residence (e.g. neighbouring countries or relevant regional embassies).
