Please take note that Syrian citizens, who have been living in Malaysia for a MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS, can apply for a national visa at the German Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Applicants who are currently living in Syria need to apply for their visas at the German Embassies in Turkey or Lebanon.

Yemeni Citizens, who have been living in Malaysia for a minimum of 6 months, can apply for a national visa at the German Embassy in Kuala Lumpur. All others are advised to apply for their visas at German Embassies in the region (e.g. Gulf States, Saudi Arabia).
